We never sell your data.
Push Thru is a game — not a data business. We believe most personal information is sensitive, and we only want to house what we need to run and grow a fair product — never to profit from trading people’s information.
In our view, “opt-out” is always on. You should not have to hunt for a switch to stop us from selling your data, because we will not sell it — not now, not as a growth hack later.
What that means in practice
- No selling personal information. We do not sell player data to brokers, advertisers, or anyone else.
- No “sharing” for cross-context ads. The current web build does not use third-party ad tracking SDKs or ad cookies.
- Only what helps the game. We keep account, scores, cosmetics, and social data needed to play, sync progress, prevent abuse, and improve the product — not to monetize your identity.
- You stay in control. Change your name, clear device storage, delete your account in Settings, or contact us for privacy requests. Laws like California’s still give you formal rights; we respect them.
- Opt-out preference is available — and defaulted to “protected.” The Do Not Sell or Share control exists for transparency and legal clarity. Our product stance is that sale/share for advertising is off by design; that control records your preference and we honor browser Global Privacy Control (GPC) when present.
Why we still show an “opt-out” page
Some laws ask services to offer a clear Do Not Sell or Share path even when they do not sell data. We provide that path so you are never guessing. Functionally, for Push Thru, the outcome you want — no sale of your information — is already how we operate.
